earthdog product donation request

our donation guidelines:

we donate exclusively to 501c3 animal rescue groups and priority is given to organizations with spay & neuter programs in place
we can only consider benefit event donations that are submitted on the form below - we will not consider requests over the phone, mail or by email
we ask for at least 4 weeks notice of any donation request but appreciate as much notice as you can give
we donate a structured, budgeted amount of new, first quality products for donation each year.
we have a limited amount of product for donation. we try to accommodate as many requests as possible but the demand far exceeds our capacity to give. submitting an application does not guarantee a product donation. it is more likely we can help you if you make your request early in the year.
animal rescue donation requests are evaluated on a first come first serve quarterly basis
