continental us shipping

• we offer free shipping on orders over $50 in the continental usa with coupon code free50. shipping under $50 is a flat rate $5.50 for first class mail and $8.50 for priority mail.
• most orders are shipped via usps priority mail with the exception blankets which may ship via fedex ground.

international shipping

• we ship international orders via usps international priority mail in a flat rate box. the rate is $27.25 for our canadian customers and $38 for all other international locations.    any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.  the flat rate box will fit: 4-5 collars, 1 harness and 1 collar, 2 collars and 2 leashes, or 1 harness and 1 collar. in the case that your order does not fit in a flat rate box you will be contacted with the actual shipping charge.
• because of the high cost of shipping blankets they are not available for our international customers to order. if you would like a shipping estimate on either of these items please email us.
• covid-19 is causing a major slowdown with international shipping - we appreciate your patience.  we unfortunately have no control over this once the package has left our facility.
