Super Comfortable in my hand when walking the dogs. The connector thing is easy to put on and take off. Leashes are long and king of stretchy. I think this leash will last a very long time.

The hemp leash has a great and soft feel that is comfortable to grip and hold as I stroll with my dog and even better after wash the hemp fabric really did soften yet so sturdy! and the metal hook is really made of high quality metal that doesn't rust or discolor. I love the earthdog hemp leash. The most important feature that drew me to earthdog's leash was SAFETY: the reliable buckle has never failed to grip the ring on her collar or Gentle Leader or earthdog harness. Have had several dogs over the decades. The only comfortable leash has been earthdog's hemp leash. It is strong and would last forever if she didn't bite it every now and then. Even with a snag, it doesn't lose its use or value...still as strong as ever. I do replace it once a year (it's a great gift) and keep the old as backup.
