My last Earthdog hemp solid color leashes lasted 13 years (metal clip snapped on one, the other finally shredded). I also have 2 hemp solid collar regular harnesses and collars that are still going strong that are also 13 years old. Today I purchased 2 replacement leashes. I cannot imagine walking my dogs without a leash that gets softer to the touch with every use and never cuts into the hand. My pups just love their soft aged comfortable harnesses. The hemp accessories are washable (it does release color during washing) but it fades into a warm comfortable pleasing color. This is a simple designed quality leash that is reliable, strong and can be used for years., day after day. The Earthdog hemp leash and regular harness are the best investment for any dog owner. Earthdog Please bring back the plain solid hemp colored regular harnesses that match the colors of the leashes and collars.

I have both the ash and the blueberry leashes and just love them. They get softer over time and do fade a bit, but have yet to get damaged. They can really take a beating and yet are soft on my hands. And they go with every collar!

I absolutely love this leash! The woven hemp is strong and sturdy, but also incredibly soft - makes such a difference on your hands if you suffer from dry skin. The solid hemp leash is my favorite of all time! I try to find vegan, non-plastic items whenever I can, and these leashes have been perfect for us! I love the bright colors against Daisy's black coat, and my husband and I each have our own color when we walk her. I wash them as needed, and they last a long time. Bravo Earth Dog!!
