I ordered a hemp leash after being pleased with the hemp collar and I was not disappointed. It is very soft and comfortable in my hand, which my dry hands appreciate. The lead has been washed and dried and continues to perform well. The leash clip is well made and attaches easily to the collar. Exceeded my expectations, thanks earthdog.

I just ordered yet another hemp leash from Earthdog. The leashes are not only well made and support an amazing business, but they are soft and feel really nice on my hands while out on long walks.



If you walk a lot, every leash will last about 3 years and then naturally begin to break down. I just compost them.

My two Bostons have been using EarthDog collars and leashes for over ten years and they just don't wear out! Wanting a change, I purchased a new 4' leash recently and am pleasantly surprised by the softness of the hemp material. There is no better product on the market.

So comfortable to hold. The snap takes some getting used to because it works like a carabiner, so you simply push it into the d ring on your dogs collar. My only complaint is that its a bit bulky for my smaller dogs, wish it came in a more petite size but that is just a minor thing. The colors are vibrant and rich and it almost feels like felted wool in your hand.
