meet pow
Pow entered our lives 12 years ago and it was a slow burn to get him to the (likely) border terrier that he is now. When he was rescued by Snooty Giggles Rescue he needed surgery on both knees, a cherry eye repair and a neuter after all that so for a very long time he was on very restricted activity. Boy howdy did he ever make up for that. Pow is a little spitfire…he’s truly the quintessential terrier. A comedian, a loudmouth, a ball of energy and just a little hateful. He is adored by us but he also seems to grab the attention of the internet every time we post him. His joie de vivre is unmistakable.
Pow wears our discontinued Zander pattern (we can still make it as a special order) and it’s a great match for his orange coat (and perfectly spherical head). We will actually be moving him to a breakaway (what can we say…the shoemaker’s kid syndrome is real) since he’s really active and a big player it feels like a better match for him than an adjustable collar.

Collars are photographed in their current, worn state (mileage may vary). Even though Pow has longer hair that theoretically protects the collar, his coat is a bit oily and that leads to more wear and tear. He has had this one for years and it’s time for a new breakaway. What pattern would you choose for him?
